ERNiFeCr-1 Nickel Chromium Iron Wire

Ni825 (ERNiFeCr-1) nickel-chromium iron alloy welding wire complies with the B/T SNi8065 standard and is equivalent to the American standard: AWS A5.14:2009 ERNiFeCr-1.
ERNiFeCr-1 is a nickel alloy gas shielded welding wire. The deposited metal has excellent corrosion resistance and is particularly resistant to corrosion by reducing chemicals (such as sulfur and phosphorus).

Ni825 (ERNiFeCr-1) nickel-chromium-iron alloy welding wireis used for the welding of chromium-nickel-molybdenum-copper alloys and nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloys. It can also be used for surface cladding and isolation layer cladding of steel. Products are used in machinery industries such as offshore oil, natural gas, pressure vessels, chemical transportation, mining, and water conservancy.

Ni825 (ERNiFeCr-1) nickel-chromium iron alloy welding wireis mainly used for tungsten inert gas arc welding and gas metal arc welding of INCOLOY 825 alloy and other alloys with similar nickel-iron-chromium-copper components.
The weld metal formed by this welding material has very good corrosion resistance, especially those that are resistant to reducing chemicals - such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.
