Duplex Stainless Steel
The matrix structure is mainly composed of any two phases of austenite, ferrite or martensite. But it usually refers to austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel. The so-called duplex stainless steel has approximately half of the ferrite phase and half of the austenite phase in its solid solution structure. Generally, the total amount of small phases needs to reach 30%.
