2304 (UNS S32304) stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel composed of 23% chromium, 4% nickel and a small amount of other alloying elements, and does not contain molybdenum. This dual-phase structure gives it high strength and good corrosion resistance. Among them, austenite has good toughness and strength, while ferrite has good corrosion resistance. This dual-phase structure not only improves the material's mechanical properties, but also improves its corrosion resistance, giving it a longer service life in harsh environments.
