ERNiCrFe-7 Nickel Chromium Iron Wire

ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire is mainly used for tungsten inert gas arc welding and gas metal arc welding to weld Incone690 alloy. This nickel-chromium component welding material is mainly used to meet the ever-changing requirements of the nuclear industry. The higher chromium content gives it better resistance to stress corrosion cracking in nuclear radiation and pure water environments.

Application Scenario

ERNiCrFe-7 welding wirecan be used to form a corrosion-resistant protective layer on the surface of most low-alloy steel and stainless steel, and can also be used in situations where resistance to oxidizing acid corrosion is required.
ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire (SNi6052/NiCr30Fe9) can be used to weld dissimilar materials, such as Inconel series alloys, Incoloy series alloys, carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel.
ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire is used for welding INCONEL690 alloy and surfacing welding of steel, especially suitable for the construction of nuclear reactors.

The specification of ERNiCrMo-3 nickel-chromium-molybdenum nickel-based welding wire is SG-NiCr21Mo9Nb.
Used for - welding of INCONEL625, INCONEL825, INCONEL25-6Mo and MONEL400 alloys; - welding between ultra-high strength austenitic steel and INCOLOY020 alloy; - welding between nickel-based alloys and stainless steel dissimilar materials; surfacing welding of steel.

Production Process

The manufacturing process of stainless steel and alloys involves multiple steps to transform raw materials into flat, rectangular sheets or plates made of stainless steel and alloys. Here are a few key steps for stainless steel and alloys:

  • Casting

    Casting

Molten stainless steel and alloys are cast into large ingots or billets through a casting process.

  • Hot rolling

    Hot rolling

During the hot rolling process, the thickness of the steel ingot is gradually reduced and elongated to form long strips or coils.

  • Annealing

    Annealing

Annealing involves heating stainless steel and alloys to a specific temperature and then slowly cooling it.

  • Cold rolling

    Cold rolling

Cold rolling is carried out through rolling mills to reduce thickness to meet customer specifications.
