ERNiCrMo-4 is a 57Ni16Cr15.5Mo nickel-chromium-molybdenum nickel-based alloy welding wire. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties and good resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion in a variety of corrosive media. Welding wire ERNiCrMo-4 is suitable for the welding of nickel chromium molybdenum alloys, such as B574, B619, B628 in ASTM standards, and UNS number N10276. It can also be used for surface overlay welding of steel and welding between dissimilar metals, as well as for the welding of 9Ni steel.
ErniCrMo-4 welding rod is mainly used for manual arc welding of INCONEL C276 alloy and other nickel chromium molybdenum alloys, and can also be used for surface overlay welding of steel. (2) This type of welding rod can be used for welding different materials, such as welding between nickel alloys, stainless steel, and low alloy steel. INCO-WELD C-276 welding rod is suitable for all position welding, and direct current direct connection should be used during welding.
