1. The suitable thermal processing temperature for the Inconel 617 alloy plate is 1200-950°C. The cooling method can be water quenching or other rapid cooling methods. The material must be entered into the heating furnace when it reaches the maximum furnace temperature.
2. The average grain size of the Inconel 617 alloy plate is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature of the forging.
5. Inconel 617 alloy plate is very suitable for welding, including tungsten electrode arc welding (GTAW/TIG), manual arc welding (GMAW/MIG), pulse arc welding, and shielded gas arc welding.
