Incoloy 907 strip is a Fe-Ni-Co-based precipitation hardening low-expansion deformation high-temperature alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding niobium, titanium, silicon and trace amounts of boron toxins. The alloy has high strength, low expansion coefficient, good thermal and cold fatigue resistance and almost constant elastic modulus below 650°C. The Curie point is between 400℃-450℃. The expansion coefficient of alloys below the Curie point is basically unchanged.

Incoloy 907 stripis suitable for making various types of aviation and aerospace engine ring parts and casings used below 650℃. The main products are bars, forgings, plates, and strips.
The alloy has been used to make parts such as the rear casing, load-bearing ring, heat insulation ring, combustion chamber sealing ring, honeycomb seat, and turbine outer ring of aero engine high-pressure compressor, and is in good condition.
Because the alloy does not contain chromium and aluminum elements. The high-temperature oxidation resistance is poor. When used for long periods above 700°C, appropriate protective coatings should be applied. The alloy surface can be shot peened. After shot peening, the rotational bending fatigue can be reduced by about 15%.
Heat treatment system:
System A: 1040℃±10℃ insulation for 1 hour, air cooling or rapid cooling + 800℃ insulation for 16 hours, cooling at 55℃ per hour to 620℃ insulation for 8 hours, air cooling
System B: 980℃±10℃ insulation for 1 hour, air cooling or rapid cooling + 775℃ insulation for 12 hours, cooling at 55℃ per hour to 620℃ insulation for 8 hours, air cooling
The manufacturing process of stainless steel and alloys involves multiple steps to transform raw materials into flat, rectangular sheets or plates made of stainless steel and alloys. Here are a few key steps for stainless steel and alloys:
Molten stainless steel and alloys are cast into large ingots or billets through a casting process.
During the hot rolling process, the thickness of the steel ingot is gradually reduced and elongated to form long strips or coils.
Annealing involves heating stainless steel and alloys to a specific temperature and then slowly cooling it.
Cold rolling is carried out through rolling mills to reduce thickness to meet customer specifications.
