Hastelloy X (UNS N06002) Strip: High temperature resistant N06002 alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with added cobalt and tungsten. N06002 Hastelloy has excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures up to 1200°C and can also be used in neutral and reducing atmospheres. At the same time, N06002 alloy can resist carbonization and nitriding atmosphere. N06002 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with a high iron content that is mainly solid-solution strengthened with chromium and molybdenum. It has good anti-nutrition and corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy X (UNS N06002) Stripalloy application range:
1) Industrial and aviation steam turbines (combustors, rectifiers, structural covers);
2) Industrial furnace components, support rollers, grids, ribbons, and radiant tubes;
3) Spiral tubes in petrochemical furnaces;
4) High-temperature gas cooling nuclear reactor.
HastelloyPriority is given to pulsed arc welding. Before welding, the material needs to be in a solution-treated state to remove scale, oil stains, and various marks and marks. A wide area of about 25mm on both sides of the weld needs to be polished to a bright metal surface. Use low heat input, and the interlayer temperature does not exceed 100°C. No pre- and post-weld heat treatments are required.
The manufacturing process of stainless steel and alloys involves multiple steps to transform raw materials into flat,rectangular sheets or plates made of stainless steel and alloys. Here are a few key steps for stainless steel and alloys:
Molten stainless steel and alloys are cast into large ingots or billets through a casting process.
During the hot rolling process,the thickness of the steel ingot is gradually reduced and elongated to form long strips or coils.
Annealing involves heating stainless steel and alloys to a specific temperature and then slowly cooling it.
Cold rolling is carried out through rolling mills to reduce thickness to meet customer specifications.
