Hastelloy C-2000 (UNS N06200/ NS345) Bar is a new NI-CR-MO alloy. Based on C4 alloy, the chromium content is increased and copper is added, which greatly improves the alloy's oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in reducing media. , is currently an alloy with good resistance to H2SO4 corrosion in this series, but its resistance to intergranular corrosion is not as good as C4. Therefore, it is feasible to use this alloy in H2SO4 environment.

Application Scenario

Hastelloy C-2000(UNS N06200/ NS345) Bar is mainly used in chemical processing equipment and components where both oxidizing and reducing corrosive media exist, such as reactors, heat exchangers, valves, pumps, fasteners, etc. This alloy is more Suitable for environments containing fluorine catalysts in the production and use of HF acid.


Hastelloy C-2000(UNS N06200/ NS345) Barmaterial characteristics: excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media, especially in the reducing state; excellent local corrosion resistance in halides.
Hastelloy C-2000 (UNS N06200/ NS345) Barwelding process:Hastelloy C-2000can be welded with various welding processes, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding, and melting pole inert gas shielding weld.  Before welding, the material needs to be in an annealed state to remove scale, oil stains, and various marks and marks. A wide area of about 25mm on both sides of the weld needs to be polished to a bright metal surface. Use low heat input, and the interlayer temperature does not exceed 150°C.
