GH3128 is a nickel-based alloy solid solution reinforced with tungsten and molybdenum and grain boundaries reinforced with boron, cerium and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high lasting creep strength, good oxidation resistance and stamping, welding and other properties. Its comprehensive performance is better than similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. The alloy has a single-phase austenite structure in the solid solution state and contains a small amount of fine and evenly distributed TiN and M6C.

GH3128 alloy plateis suitable for manufacturing combustion chamber flame tubes of aeroengines that operate at 950°C for a long time, structural parts of gas turbine combustion chambers, turbine engine combustion chamber parts, afterburner casings, regulator plates, and other high-temperature parts.
The main products ofGH3128 alloyare cold-rolled sheets, but it can also supply hot-rolled plates, bars, forgings, wires, and pipes. The solid solution temperature in the delivery state is 1140~1180℃, air cooling. High-temperature performance is tested after supplementary solution treatment at 1200℃. Cold rolled sheet 0.8~4.0mm, hot rolled plate 4~14mm, cold drawn welding wire Φ0.3~10mm. Cold-rolled plates and hot-rolled plates are in solid solution and pickling; welding wire is in cold-drawn, semi-hard, or solid solution and pickling states.
