GH3044 Alloy Plate

GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based antioxidant alloy. It has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900°C. It also has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing and long-term operation below 900°C. The main combustion chamber and afterburner components of aero engines, as well as heat shields and guide blades, are supplied in plates, strips, wires, rods and rings.

Application Scenario

1、The forging heating temperature ofGH3044 alloy steelingot is 1170C±10℃, and the terminal temperature is not lower than 900℃. The heating temperature of plate rolling is 1190C±10℃, the heating temperature of thin plate hot rolling is 1130C±10℃, and the final rolling temperature is not lower than 800℃. ;


2. TheH3044 platehas good processing performance for stamping parts. The limit deep drawing coefficient of cold rolled plate supply status is K limit = 2.06.


3.GH3044 alloy plateis suitable for manufacturing parts such as main combustion chambers and afterburners of aerosengines that require high-temperature resistance and heat shields, guide vanes, and other parts that operate for a long time below 900°C.
