Forging process

· Forging is a manufacturing process in which metal is pressed, hammered, or extruded under intense pressure into high-strength parts called forgings.

· One of the most critical parts of the manufacturing process is heat treatment. This gives the material mechanical properties. Our factory has various heat treatment furnaces.

· Machining is done by relevant specifications/standards or customer drawings. During the machining process, the dimensions of each workpiece in the process are recorded and inspected.

·We provide metal surface treatment processes, including anodizing, powder coating, electronic spraying, passivation, nickel plating, chrome plating, and other services.
