Application Scenario

4J45heat treatment system: The heat treatment system of the expansion coefficient performance test sample stipulated in the standard: heat the sample to 900℃±20℃ in a hydrogen atmosphere, keep it for 1 hour, and cool it to below 200℃ at a speed of no more than 5℃/min.


4J45application overview and special requirements: 4J45 alloy is mainly used to make precision impedance diaphragms and seal with artificial sapphire, soft glass, and ceramics.


The selected sealing material should be matched to the expansion coefficient of the alloy in the application. The grain size should be controlled during heat treatment to ensure that the material has good deep-drawing tensile properties. When using forged or rolled materials, the air tightness of the materials should be strictly inspected.
