Manufacturing steps of round steel:

5. Cold drawing: The annealed round steel is cold drawn through a series of dies to obtain the required shape and size. This process achieves a smooth surface finish and improves the dimensional accuracy of the rod.

6. Finishing: The finished round steel is then polished, cut to the required length, and inspected for defects such as cracks, voids, or surface defects.

7. Packaging: The final step in the manufacturing process is to package the finished round bars for shipment to customers.
