Forging process
· Forging is a manufacturing process in which metal is pressed, hammered, or extruded under intense pressure into high-strength parts called forgings.
· One of the most critical parts of the manufacturing process is heat treatment. This gives the material mechanical properties. Our factory has various heat treatment furnaces.
· Machining is done by relevant specifications/standards or customer drawings. During the machining process, the dimensions of each workpiece in the process are recorded and inspected.
