· The ring forging process for seamless rolled forged rings involves cutting a hole out of a forged material such as aluminum or stainless steel and rolling it into a thin ring. Rolled forged rings provide improved concentricity and a smooth surface compared to plate-fired or butt-welded rings. The rolled ring eliminates the need to drill the inner diameter, thus saving material on the bar machined ring.

· Forged blocks provide better strength by forging in all six directions, further refining the grain structure. This forging process produces greater impact and directional strength compared to plate or rod.

· Use upsetting forging on our discs to compress length and maximize the diameter of the forged material. This results in uniform compression of the center of the material, giving the particles in the center of the disc a refined grain structure. Forged discs are an excellent alternative to round steel and are often shorter in length.
